Parents are required to fill out the Student Application Form, which is provided during the interview or may be given during an earlier campus visit. If parents visit the school prior to the interview, the application form can be given to them at that time, allowing them to complete it and discuss it during the interview.
Please return the completed application form along with the following documents:
A non-refundable application/registration fee of $60 per student
A copy of the student’s birth certificate or passport
Two (2) recent passport-sized photos of the student
One (1) recent passport-sized photo of each parent
Parent’s consent form (provided in the application package)
Student Record Release Form (if applicable)
These documents ensure we have the necessary information to process your child’s application efficiently.
For submission details or any questions, please contact our Admissions Office.
After submitting the application, students will be scheduled to take the A.C.E. Diagnostic Tests. These tests help determine the student’s current academic performance level and identify any learning gaps to ensure appropriate placement within the curriculum.
The diagnostic testing covers key subject areas, including:
Mathematics
English
Word Building
Reading (Learning to Read)
These tests are required for all students who have not previously been enrolled in a school using the A.C.E. curriculum.
A testing fee of $30 per student is payable prior to the administration of the tests.
For more information on how to prepare for the diagnostic tests, please refer to the
Once the diagnostic testing is complete, the school will prepare an Academic Projection (especially for upper-level students) to determine the student’s appropriate placement and learning goals.
Next, a second interview will be scheduled with the parents to:
Review the diagnostic test results
Establish the student’s academic prescription (customized learning path)
Review and sign the Parent–Academy Agreement outlining academic expectations, school policies, and parent-school partnership commitments
Parental approval and signatures will be obtained during this meeting.
A final admission decision will be made after this review. If the student is accepted, the enrollment process will proceed to the next steps.
After admission has been confirmed, the Academy will request the student’s official transcript from their previous school to verify courses completed and credits earned.
The admissions office will:
Call the previous school immediately to confirm the student’s academic history and credits received
Send a formal written request for the official transcript
Upon receiving the transcript:
a. Transfer the relevant academic information into the student’s new Permanent Record at Landa International Christian Academy
b. File the original transcript in the student’s cumulative record folder and make a backup copy to be stored securely in a secondary file location for safekeeping
Upon acceptance, Landa International Christian Academy will:
Assign an Academic Advisor (usually a Supervisor) who will guide the student’s academic journey and monitor progress
Order school uniforms — both for Learning Centre and Physical Education activities
Assign a student office/workstation, with the student’s name neatly printed and displayed on their Student Progress Chart within the Learning Centre
To secure your child’s placement at LICA:
Sign the Enrollment Contract and select a preferred Payment Plan
Pay 100% of the first installment of the chosen Payment Plan, which will be credited toward the tuition balance
Complete the full Enrollment Package, which must be submitted prior to the student’s first day of school
The Enrollment Package includes:
✔️ Signed Parent-School Agreement
✔️ Completed Application Forms
✔️ Required Documentation (birth certificate, photos, transcripts, etc.)
✔️ Uniform order confirmation
✔️ Payment plan agreement
After enrollment is secured, Landa International Christian Academy will:
Assign a student office/workstation — the student’s name will be clearly displayed, and their Student Progress Chart will be set up in their space
Enter student data into ACE Connect, ensuring academic records and prescriptions are properly recorded
Order PACEs (Packets of Accelerated Christian Education materials) according to the student’s academic prescription
Establish the student’s permanent file, which will include all academic records, test results, transcripts, and enrollment documents
Schedule a Parent Orientation, where parents will:
✔️ Learn about the ACE curriculum and Learning Centre routines
✔️ Understand their role in supporting their child’s academic and spiritual growth
✔️ Review school policies, expectations, and communication channels
